Interpretations of Vox Populi

'“Vox Populi” or voice of the people features the voices of their fans chanting “This is a call to arms, gather soldiers/Time to go to war/This is a battle song, brothers and sisters/Time to go to war” calling everyone to join 30 Seconds to Mars and go to war against society and conformity. Like Leto sings “this is a call to arms” for their fans to join up against society and rise up to be individuals. The lyrics could also be interpreted to be addressing soldiers in the war as to what feelings they might be forgetting while fighting this war.'

I think that this is an accurate review of the song. 30 Seconds to Mars are infamous for not conforming to the music industries idealistic views on how they should look and behave.  The things mentioned in this description are things which we are using in our own video.
